COVID-19 RESPONSE & POLICY

At PADLOX we take the health & safety of our team and customers seriously and have implemented practices to keep visitors and staff safe whilst following Scottish government guidelines.

 

What we’re doing:
 

  • We disinfect the items and surfaces in our rooms regularly
     

  • We have face-masks, gloves, and anti-bacterial hand gel available​

We ask you to:​

  • Please arrive at your scheduled time, and no earlier than 5 minutes​

 

  • Please contact us to reschedule your game if you or someone in your group is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms

 

 

Booking & Cancellation:
 

  • If you have concerns and are unable to attend your booking – either due to you or someone in the booked party displaying symptoms or self-isolating, or are unable to travel, then please get in touch as we are happy to reschedule your game for a future date and will be as flexible as possible with rebooking (cancellation fees are also waived)

 

  • We are a small team and due to the nature of the current situation it is possible that we may have to close the building or postpone bookings at short notice. In such cases we will always contact you as soon as possible, and reschedule where possible
